Duke University juniors Danny Nolan and Audrey Adu-Appiah deliver a week's worth of campus news in a minute. Students, faculty and staff reacted to the drama of the presidential election. The Nasher Museum of Art opened a new exhibition. "Collecting Matisse and Modern Masters" runs through Feb. 10. The sweet sound of victory. The bell, which goes to the winner of the annual Duke-UNC football game, was on display recently in the library for people to ring on the hour. Dr. Robert Lefkowitz, Duke's Nobel Prize winner, told a campus audience he believes in asking big questions, working hard ... and getting a little lucky. Duke has launched a new summer global education program in Paris. It focuses on connections between the humanities and brain sciences.

Media Wall on Election Night
The LINK MediaWalls are highly-visible and very capable exhibition venues, located in the lower level of Perkins Library, available for use by the Duke community. They include a 48-panel tiled wall display and a traditional-media wall. Both facilities are equipped with a series of directional speakers and network cameras, and are driven by a 104-core computing cluster. The tile array can output a total field of 84.7 megapixels, allowing for the real-time display of high resolution imagery. Bruce taught dozens of courses on leadership during his time at the Hart Leadership Program and the Duke Sanford School of Public Policy, including a course titled "Leadership, Policy and Change."
