Relax Your Mind: Meditation at Duke

Students, faculty and staff are all invited to take part in meditation sessions hosted by the Buddhist Community at Duke throughout each week.

The group hosts "Morning Meditation" sessions at 8:30 a.m. every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, in addition to an evening session at 7 p.m. Monday. All members of the Duke community are welcome.
